Coaching Approach

My personal approach to coaching uses a proven system that is customized to your specific needs, goals, and learning style. Throughout your program, my role is to facilitate and expedite your success through regular coaching conversations, structured exercises, email accountability check-ins, and brief phone calls (as needed). We will work together through an iterative “inside-out” process of exploration and discovery, and create a personalized plan to achieve your goals.

A typical coaching program includes five interconnected, non-linear modules:

Module 1: Mindset

Together, we’ll uncover the limiting beliefs, fears, negative emotions, and inner conflicts that are holding you back from creating the quality of life you desire. Using the latest findings in the areas of behavioral psychology, Neuro Linguistic Programming, and Time Line Therapy®, you will learn to remove habitual ways of thinking and install more empowering thought patterns that are aligned with your goals.

Module 2: Peak State

You will learn daily mindfulness rituals to shift into a more resourceful and resilient state of mind and body for greater clarity, focus, and energy. These research-based techniques will help you to respond to life situations from a place of conscious choice, and will also help to diminish the physical symptoms of personal and professional stress.

Module 3: Awareness

A career and life that is truly satisfying is aligned with who you are and what you deeply desire. Through a series of assessments  and powerful coaching conversations, you will gain clarity about your own personal “blueprint”, including your vision, purpose, core values, personality, interests, and strengths.

Module 4: Intention

I’ll guide you through a series of exercises designed to help you discover, clarify, and prioritize the specific outcomes you desire.

Module 5: Action

You’ll take step-by-step focused action to achieve your goals. I’ll hold you accountable and offer support. We’ll troubleshoot and  celebrate your wins together. You’ll feel motivated as you move forward and experience a positive shift that will extent to other areas of your life.
